This Privacy Policy explains how Goalvio (“the App”) handles information. Goalvio is a habit tracking application. We designed it to keep your habit data on your device whenever possible.

1. Information we process

Depending on how you use the App, the following may be processed:

  • Habit content you enter (habit names, notes, completion logs, quantities, preferences). This data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (SwiftData / local database).
  • App settings such as language, theme, sound preferences, and onboarding state (stored locally).
  • Notifications: if you enable reminders, the system notification service on your device schedules local notifications. Reminder content is generated on-device.
  • Purchases / subscriptions: if you buy Premium, payment is processed by Apple. We receive purchase entitlement status through Apple’s StoreKit / App Store infrastructure. We do not receive your full payment card details.

2. Information we do not collect (by default)

  • We do not require you to create an account.
  • We do not operate our own cloud backup of your habit history in the current version.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers in the current version.

3. How we use information

  • To provide habit tracking, streaks, stats, reminders, and Premium features.
  • To remember your settings on the device.
  • To verify subscription status via Apple.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Limited sharing may occur only as needed to operate the App:

  • Apple — for App Store distribution, payments, subscription management, and standard platform services.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law or valid legal process.

5. Data retention & deletion

Habit data remains on your device until you delete habits or remove the App. Uninstalling the App typically deletes local App data on that device. Subscription records are managed by Apple according to your Apple ID and App Store settings.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Do not use the App if you are under the applicable age.

7. International users

Because data is primarily stored on your device, processing generally occurs on the device you use. App Store / Apple services may process purchase-related data according to Apple’s policies and your region.

8. Your choices

  • You can disable reminder notifications in iOS Settings or in the App.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • You can delete habits inside the App or uninstall the App to remove local data.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Goalvio (“Uygulama”) uygulamasının bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Goalvio bir alışkanlık takip uygulamasıdır. Alışkanlık verilerinizi mümkün olduğunca cihazınızda tutacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.

1. İşlenen bilgiler

  • Girdiğiniz alışkanlık içerikleri (isimler, notlar, tamamlanma kayıtları, miktarlar, tercihler). Bu veriler cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır (SwiftData / yerel veritabanı).
  • Uygulama ayarları (dil, tema, ses, onboarding durumu) yerel olarak saklanır.
  • Bildirimler: hatırlatıcı açarsanız, yerel bildirimler cihazınızın sistem servisleri üzerinden planlanır.
  • Satın alma / abonelik: Premium satın alırsanız ödeme Apple tarafından işlenir. Kart bilgilerinizin tamamı bize gelmez; StoreKit üzerinden abonelik durumu alınır.

2. Varsayılan olarak toplanmayanlar

  • Hesap oluşturma zorunluluğu yoktur.
  • Mevcut sürümde alışkanlık geçmişinizin bize ait bir bulut yedeği tutulmaz.
  • Kişisel verileriniz satılmaz.
  • Mevcut sürümde üçüncü taraf reklam takipçisi kullanılmaz.

3. Kullanım amaçları

  • Alışkanlık takibi, seri, istatistik, hatırlatıcı ve Premium özelliklerini sunmak
  • Ayarlarınızı cihazda hatırlamak
  • Apple üzerinden abonelik durumunu doğrulamak

4. Paylaşım

  • Apple — App Store dağıtımı, ödemeler ve abonelik yönetimi
  • Yasal zorunluluk — kanun veya geçerli resmi talep halinde

5. Saklama ve silme

Alışkanlık verileri, siz silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır. Uygulamayı silmek genellikle o cihazdaki yerel uygulama verilerini kaldırır. Abonelik kayıtları Apple ID / App Store ayarlarınıza göre Apple tarafından yönetilir.

6. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara (veya ülkenizdeki eşdeğer asgari yaşa) yönelik değildir.

7. Seçenekleriniz

  • Bildirimleri iOS Ayarları veya Uygulama içinden kapatabilirsiniz.
  • Aboneliği Apple ID abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir / iptal edebilirsiniz.
  • Alışkanlıkları uygulamadan silebilir veya uygulamayı kaldırabilirsiniz.
